By using Daybard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
Daybard turns your calendar, reminders, and certain optional integrations into an RPG planning experience. Some features run locally, while others use a Daybard backend, including Openings, OAuth integrations, and guilds.
You agree to use Daybard lawfully, not to access other users' accounts or data, and not to disrupt the service.
Daybard may connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar, Todoist, Notion, or Linear when you authorize it. Those services remain governed by their own terms. You may revoke access from Daybard or from the third-party account.
How Daybard handles data is described in our Privacy Policy. Data obtained from Google APIs is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
We do our best to keep Daybard available, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be temporarily unavailable, including because of third-party services.
Daybard is a planning and personal motivation tool. It is not a substitute for professional, medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.
To the extent permitted by law, Daybard is not responsible for indirect losses, data loss, third-party service outages, or consequences of misconfigured calendars or integrations.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
